Returns & Exchanges
After purchasing jewelry from LaurenCraft.com there will be only store credit or exchange allowed. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged items are non-refundable. Items purchased online may be returned to Lauren Craft Collection within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in perfect condition. Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit for up to 30 business days from the date of receipt. This credit may be applied towards your next purchase. The exchange order must meet or exceed the credit amount; a credit cannot be processed for remaining funds.
Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped with the package. Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please include the name of the replacement piece and your payment information (if the new order will exceed the original total).
Please allow up to two weeks for a return to process.

Repairs Policy
Lauren Craft cares about her jewelry and her clients. When you’re having fun, accidents can happen. We will repair any item purchased through laurencraft.com within the first year from the purchase date. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email customerservice@laurencraft.com for specifications.

Lauren Craft Collection offers Ground, 2-day and Overnight shipping via UPS in the continental U.S. Prices are:
- Ground: $ 14.95
- 2-day: $ 40.95
- Overnight: $ 55.95
If the item ordered is in stock it will ship within 5 business days. If shipment of your order is to be delayed we will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date. For shipping inquiries, please email customerservice@laurencraft.com.
Lauren Craft Collection offers International Shipping via USPS. Rates vary depending on the weight and size of the shipment. For international shipping rate estimates, please email customerservice@laurencraft.com Your order may be subject to duties or taxes, which are calculated when the merchandise reaches your country. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes. Should you place an international order and refuse delivery, you will be responsible for Lauren Craft Collection’s original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package to Lauren Craft Collection.
Special Orders
Special Orders placed on LaurenCraft.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any item purchased using our Special Order option will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.

Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address’ that are located within New York State, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Texas.
